Tom is the former Executive Chairman of the Hancock County Republican Party and the former Chairman of the Putnam County Republican Party. He has assisted Republican Party political candidates in Ohio with winning campaigns and helps county level Republican Party organizations enhance their brand, communications, fundraising, and voter turnout.
